Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Guru Platform ("TGP"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

TGP is an IT management platform operated by Select HQ Ltd. It provides:

• Asset and device management dashboards
• User and contact management
• Support ticket tracking
• IT compliance and operational insights

User Accounts

Access to TGP requires authentication through Google or Microsoft. By signing in, you:

• Confirm you are authorised to access your organisation's data
• Agree to keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data belonging to organisations you are not authorised to view
• Attempt to circumvent security controls
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account access with unauthorised individuals
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality

Data and Privacy

Your use of TGP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The platform displays data from your organisation's IT systems. You acknowledge that:

• Data accuracy depends on source systems and sync timing
• Select HQ Ltd is not responsible for actions taken based on displayed data
• Your organisation's administrators control your access level

Intellectual Property

TGP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Select HQ Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Select HQ Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TGP after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
